1. What Floripa Days is
Floripa Days is an independent guide that gathers public information about boat tours in Florianópolis to help you compare options. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. We don't sell tours
We are not an agency, operator or intermediary. We don't take bookings, don't receive payments and don't confirm availability. Every booking is made directly between you and the operator, who is solely responsible for the tour, the boat, safety, the prices charged and the cancellation terms.
3. Information shown
Prices, capacities, routes, times and boarding points are gathered from the operators' own public sources and may change without notice. The price shown is the advertised total for the tour, including mandatory extras listed by the operator. Always confirm prices, dates and conditions with the operator before booking.
4. Contacting the operator
The contact buttons open the operator's WhatsApp or phone with a message filled in by you. The conversation happens outside our site, between you and the operator, and follows WhatsApp's rules.
5. Images
Some images and videos on the site are illustrative and were generated by artificial intelligence; they don't show specific boats, people or places from the listed tours. When a boat doesn't have its own photo yet, we show a photo of one of the route's destinations (a beach or island); these photos come from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licenses, with the author and license shown on the image.
6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete or up to date. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the site or for any service provided by the operators.
7. Intellectual property
Operators' brands and names belong to their owners. The site's original content (texts, design and the way information is organized) may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated at any time; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Brazilian law applies. The Portuguese version prevails in case of divergence.
