Floripa Days

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. Summary

Floripa Days doesn't ask you to sign up and doesn't use cookies or advertising tools. We measure audience anonymously and log WhatsApp contact requests (without name, phone or email), as explained below.

2. Data you enter

The tour date, number of people, budget and route you choose while searching stay in your browser and in the page address (so you can share the search). When you tap “Message on WhatsApp”, this data goes in the message you send to the operator. At that moment we log, to track demand for each tour, the boat, the operator, the date, the number of people, the duration, the route and the extras chosen, with the day and time of the click. This log doesn't include your name, phone, email or the content of the WhatsApp conversation, which we don't receive.

3. Third-party services

When WhatsApp opens, WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy apply. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log technical access data (such as IP address, date and browser) for security and operation, and we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and page views in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. Contact logs are kept in a Google spreadsheet with access restricted to our team.

4. Browser storage

The site may store display preferences in your browser, such as the color theme. This information doesn't leave your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.

5. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you can request information about data processing, correction or deletion. Since we don't keep accounts and contact logs don't include name, phone or email, we generally have no way to link data to you.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
